Check out Jennifer Hartman's blog which is providing a forum for contributors in different arts disciplines: theater, music, dance and visual art. A grad student at the University of North Texas (my alma mater!) is working on a blogging project for a multimedia class. Visit her blog and make a comment!
I am really excited about other teachers using the blog as a virtual classroom! Free, convenient, and easily accessible, it is an excellent tool to use with students in the classroom. You can check out her blog in the blog title or in the blog list on the right. Good luck Jennifer!

Hi, My name is Natalie and I came across your blog while searching for Artist Trading Cards. I think it is great that you are introducing the paper arts like this, as well as blogging about it. I wanted to let you know that I belong to a huge community of online paper craft artists and I wanted to encourage you to let your students know that when they reach the appropriate age for blogging(legalities) that for those interested in scrapbooking, card making, altered paper arts, tags, etc. that there are a plethora of awesome blogs out there that offer monthly challenges. There are also just as many big name craft suppliers who are looking for artists to do designs for their products as a design team member and that this would be a great thing to add to a resume. I would love to tell you more as I am always looking to welcome people into this area of the arts. This is strictly for fun and fellowship!
